Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes. If your item does not fit, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location — typically 5–10 business days internationally and 3–5 business days domestically.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your shipment in real time.

Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping options are available at checkout depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Sale items and limited edition drops are final sale.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Orders

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us at support@valuablepain.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve it promptly.

Are VP drops restocked?
